About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support global program implementation by ensuring adherence to global processes and solutions.
  • Drive effective usage and full adoption of relevant core systems, such as SAP functionalities, Project module, Service orders, FSM, One IB, Project Review process.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Harmonize business processes across the Hub and with Global BU processes.
  • Support sharing and adoption of best practices.
  • Collect and prioritize business process improvement requirements from local BPOs.
  • Evaluate, document, and submit recommendations for future process changes.
  • Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve complex issues.
  • Implement measures to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support implementation of metrics to enhance Business Performance, operational efficiency, and Quality.
  • Conduct data collection and analysis to monitor business process performance.
  • Manage data practices across the Hub to ensure accurate management across systems.
  • Identify training needs for business processes and organize training sessions.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operational roles related to business process management or program implementation in manufacturing or service industry
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies and best practices
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to synthesize information and derive actionable insights for process improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade diverse stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluency in English (both written and oral)
  • Willingness to travel (30 – 40%)
