About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan and execute high-voltage and high-power test campaigns
- Define test programs based on project and certification requirements
- Coordinate testing activities with laboratories and project stakeholders
- Lead and support testing activities together with laboratory experts
- Analyze test results and prepare technical reports
- Investigate technical issues and contribute to effective solutions
- Improve testing methods, processes, and knowledge sharing activities
- Support global R&D projects for high-voltage switching technologies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Experience in testing, R&D, laboratory environments, or power systems engineering
- Knowledge of electrical power systems and testing principles
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proactive mindset with willingness to learn and collaborate
- Fluent English and basic German skills (or willingness to learn)
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time
