Global Product Manager – Tap Changers

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive business success and innovation through end-to-end product lifecycle management
- Analyzing sales, margins, costs, and trends to ensure competitiveness and financial sustainability
- Defining segmentation, positioning, and go-to-market strategies
- Monitoring technology trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to continuously evolve offerings
- Working closely with engineering, sales, and application teams to ensure consistent messaging and strong execution
- Interacting with key customers to gather insights, strengthen relationships, and incorporate feedback into product development
- Supporting internal teams with marketing materials and training to ensure a strong understanding of the value proposition across the organization
Requirements
What you’ll need- A university degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (a business degree is a plus)
- Strong industry knowledge of transformers and tap changers, including services and monitoring solutions
- 7+ years of experience in areas such as Product Management, Sales & Marketing, Engineering, Project Management, or Service in a global environment
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage B2B relationships and partnerships
- A results-oriented mindset, combined with strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with a collaborative and solutions-driven approach
- Experience working across different countries and cultures
- Willingness to travel approximately 10–30%
