About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Orchestrate delivery of cybersecurity services across the region, ensuring consistent execution aligned with global standards.
- Identify, structure, and drive resolution of cybersecurity issues, ensuring clear ownership, transparency, and timely escalation.
- Manage dependencies, risks, and escalation pathways to prevent delivery disruptions and ensure continuity.
- Act as the primary cybersecurity contact for regional stakeholders, building trust and ensuring clear communication.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by translating recurring issues and feedback into systemic enhancements.
Requirements
What you’ll need- >8 years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, or related domains.
- Experience working in global, cross‑functional environments with exposure to risk and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIS2, CRA, NIST).
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills without direct authority.
- Ability to translate cybersecurity concepts into business‑relevant outcomes.
- Structured, analytical mindset with a strong focus on execution and transparency.
- Fluent in English and Swedish, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Certifications in the field of Cybersecurity are very welcomed (e.g. CISM, CISSP).
