About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute forward-looking talent acquisition strategies aligned with business priorities and workforce plans
- Drive transformation initiatives, including process optimization, digital hiring solutions, and continuous improvement programs
- Leverage market intelligence and talent insights to proactively identify future hiring needs and trends
- Partner with senior business leaders, HR Business Partners, and Hiring Managers to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Partners
- Analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs to identify opportunities and improve efficiency
- Act as a player-coach, contributing hands-on to critical and strategic hiring needs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience)
- ~10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including 2+ years of experience leading high-performing teams
- Proven success in managing regional or multi-site recruitment functions within a complex, matrixed organization
- Strong experience in driving TA transformation, process improvement, and adoption of innovative sourcing/recruiting technologies
- Demonstrated ability to attract and engage top talent using diverse sourcing strategies
- Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage data to inform decisions
