About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • lead and continuously improve planning, procurement, and fulfillment processes across the European Transformers Hub, ensuring alignment across multiple sites
  • review and guide the unconstrained demand plan and contribute to finished goods optimization, improving demand accuracy and strengthening the alignment between load and capacity
  • facilitate and drive S&OP processes with local teams, ensuring consistency with global guidelines and improving overall planning maturity
  • define and implement planning governance, tools, and KPIs, creating structure and transparency across the organization
  • work closely with factories to strengthen SAP usage and improve data quality, enabling better decision-making and process reliability
  • support improvements in work preparation and production readiness, ensuring smoother execution and reduced operational disruptions
  • clarify roles and responsibilities across Planning & Fulfillment teams and foster effective communication across the value chain
  • coach and develop local teams, enabling proactive communication and structured responses to customer and operational challenges
  • guide teams from reactive firefighting toward preventive, process-driven ways of working
  • act as an orchestrator across factories and stakeholders, aligning priorities and ensuring execution in a complex, international matrix environment
  • support crisis situations by driving structured countermeasures and ensuring sustainable, root-cause-based solutions
  • contribute to digitalization and continuous improvement initiatives within Planning & Fulfillment.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • proven experience in Planning & Fulfillment management within a complex manufacturing environment
  • experience working in Engineering-to-Order and/or Make-to-Order industries
  • understand factory operations and bring hands-on experience or exposure to production environments
  • able to operate at a senior level - setting direction, implementing processes, and influencing outcomes across functions
  • experience working across multiple sites and in international environments
  • confident and effective communication with stakeholders at different levels, including leadership
  • experience working with SAP or a similar ERP system
  • fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • prioritize effectively, take ownership, and maintain a structured and solution-oriented approach to work
  • collaborate well across functions and cultures and contribute to building strong, aligned teams
  • pay attention to detail and focus on delivering sustainable, high-quality solutions.
