About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the preparation of site HSE plans
Act as the primary point of contact for HSE issues
Monitor and report HSE performance indicators
Ensure the safe planning of site activities
Lead incident investigations and define corrective actions
Analyze trends and recommend preventive measures
Conduct inspections and lead safety discussions (toolbox talks)
Promote HSE programs, including "We Care"

Requirements

What you’ll need

CNESST (CoSS) certification for construction sites
Degree in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or professional certification (CSP, CIH, NCSO)
Bilingual in French and English
HSE experience on complex projects
Training in incident investigation
Knowledge of electrical safety (high voltage)
