About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Establish and implement the Hub Product Line specific quality strategy
- Ensure availability of QA and QC resources and confirm that staff are adequately trained
- Analyze customer feedback and conduct assessments to identify opportunities for enhancement in product and process quality
- Drive resolution of quality issues through thorough root cause analysis
- Promote compliance awareness and support factories in adhering to quality standards
- Monitor, report, and communicate quality performance by analyzing KPIs
- Manage, mentor, and develop Quality Managers and staff
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- At least 15 years of extensive experience in Transformer business in engineering, operations, Service or Quality function in a managerial role
- Strong understanding of quality management systems, regulatory standards, and compliance requirements
- Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Proven leadership ability to influence and mentor cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in both spoken & written Turkish and English language is required.
