About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead technical sales efforts from opportunity identification to order booking
- Manage the full product homologation and end-user approval process
- Provide expert technical support and product knowledge to customers and internal teams

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in transformer bushings
- Strong technical knowledge of transformer components and construction
- Experience with homologation and regulatory compliance processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate across functions and work in a global environment
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally
