Key responsibilities & impact

Shape how technical and service capabilities are developed across North America
Oversee the development and deployment of training programs for field teams, engineers, and service professionals
Translate broader service and capability strategies into practical training solutions
Build scalable learning programs and ensure teams are equipped to meet evolving operational and customer requirements
Collaborate across service operations, engineering, and commercial teams to address workforce capability needs
Strengthen technical expertise and support adoption of new tools
Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as engineering, business, or learning and development
Experience in technical training, service operations, or workforce capability development within industrial or energy environments
Experience designing and delivering structured training programs across multiple formats (in-person, virtual, or blended learning)
Experience working with cross-functional teams in service, engineering, or project-based environments
Experience supporting organizational change, capability development, or continuous improvement initiatives
Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage stakeholders across technical and operational teams
