About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Shape how a power grid services organization plans, tracks, and delivers commercial performance across North America
- Design and run the sales operating model that supports service agreements, upgrades, and lifecycle solutions
- Bring clarity to pipeline health, forecasting discipline, and performance visibility
- Improve how service opportunities are identified, tracked, and converted into executed work
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, IT, and Portfolio Management to align priorities and execution
- Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, or Business Operations
- Experience building and scaling sales operating models and KPI frameworks
- Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) and SharePoint
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms (SFDC), SAP, and data-driven performance management
- Experience working in a cross-functional, matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders
