About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work within the Finance department in three six-month rotations
- Deliver value to Accounting, Controlling, Reporting, and Tax teams
- Collaborate with local and global teams within the Finance community
- Support various initiatives of both process and system nature
- Complete individual assignments during each rotation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling or related discipline (studies to be completed before start of program)
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Polish, additional languages are considered an advantage
- Up to 18 months of professional work experience by start date in October 2026
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
- A drive to learn new skills and open to feedback
- A positive attitude with an innovative mindset
- Willingness to travel and flexibility on relocations
