About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You will be leading a Bid & Proposal team of technical, commercial, legal, tax and insurance experts from early pursuit stage to contract signing and execution handover.
- Interpret customer requirements and translate them into a competitive end-to-end solution based on Hitachi Energy’s portfolio.
- Enjoy working on complex tenders from both technical and commercial perspectives, and thrive in a high-performing international environment.
- Demonstrate Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity by taking responsibility for your actions and supporting your colleagues and the business.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in large-scale system sales and tendering, or in managing large projects.
- Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Business, Technical, or a related field.
- Technical and commercial experience with HVDC, or similar technologies, is an advantage.
- Strong leadership skills and a structured approach are important for guiding the tendering team through complex challenges.
- You are a strong communicator who works effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- You are fluent in written and spoken English.
