About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support and facilitate the monthly SIOP cycle, including demand review, supply review, and executive SIOP meetings
- Consolidate and analyze demand forecasts, supply plans, and inventory positions
- Identify gaps between demand and supply and escalate risks with mitigation plans
- Ensure alignment between operational plans and financial targets
- Collaborate with sales and commercial teams to validate and refine forecasts
- Work with supply planning, production, and procurement to ensure feasible supply plans
- Track and manage inventory levels to balance service, cost, and working capital
- Maintain and continuously improve part number–level lead time accuracy across planning and ERP systems
- Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards to monitor SIOP effectiveness
- Act as a liaison between sales, supply chain, operations, procurement, and finance
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across planning and execution processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–5+ years of experience in Demand Planning, SIOP or IBP business structures
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities
- Experience with PowerBI
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations or related field
- English proficiency
