Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CAIP, advanced AI/ML certifications) highly valued
- Extensive 15+ years of experience in roles related to business process management or program implementation in a manufacturing industry.
- Effective communication skills with a proven ability to engage diverse stakeholders at all levels, fostering a collaborative environment to drive initiatives.
- Demonstrated competence in influencing and motivating teams to adopt new processes, reduce resistance, and achieve successful transitions to globally harmonized practices.
- Deep understanding of data, analytics, AI/GenAI technologies, machine learning and analytics platforms.
- Strong analytical skills to tackle complex data and/or AI challenges.
- Awareness of ethical considerations in AI development and deployment.
