About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You will support Talent Partner for Long list and interview arrangement.
- You will support Summer Internship Program , Campus Recruitment implementation (CV longlist selection, onboarding communication etc.).
- You will support employee file archiving.
- You will support Employee, intern onboarding and separation etc., daily work.
- You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Requirements
What you’ll need- You hold a bachelor’s degree and above. better in Human Resources.
- Hands-on experience in word, excel PowerPoint.
- You will be working at least 4 days or above per week.
- Good teamwork and service awareness.
- Patience and kind at work and take action quickly.
- Good computer skill in Microsoft office Word, Excel or PowerPoint.
- Interesting in HR field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills working under pressure.
- Good in English listening, speaking, reading and writing. Japanese is a plus.
