About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and grow regional service sales orders for electrical substation equipment and service projects
- Develop and execute service sales account plans to expand installed base coverage and long‑term service agreements
- Build customer relationships by understanding operational requirements, maintenance strategies, and applicable regulations
- Identify service opportunities through customer meetings, facility walk‑throughs, and installed base reviews
- Coordinate service proposals, tenders, and follow‑up activities with internal teams and business units
- Translate customer needs and feedback into appropriate service offerings and sales strategies
- Guide and develop a regional service sales team with a focus on engagement, performance, and safety
- Use CRM and reporting tools to manage sales activity, opportunity tracking, and data accuracy
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 8+ years of experience in sales, sales support, and/or service of power systems or solutions; or Master’s degree with a minimum of 6+ years of experience in sales, sales support, and/or service of power systems or solutions; or Associate degree with a minimum of 10+ years of experience in sales, sales support, and/or service of power systems or solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or technical discipline preferred
- Experience managing or guiding a service sales team
- Experience working with electric substation equipment such as transformers, switchgear, and circuit breakers, including customer‑facing technical sales or solution presentations
- Familiarity with operations and maintenance practices for electric substation equipment and substation construction
- Experience with substation construction and negotiating long‑term substation service contracts
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
