Key responsibilities & impact- Driving/coordination of Executive level projects
- Owning and leading multiple projects
- Working in a team of professional project managers that are driving measurable outcomes
- Experience/ability to work in a complex and high-performance culture
- Awareness/Experience of Agile/Waterfall project management
- Foster a culture of innovation, standardization and best practice within the team
- Performing the role of trusted advisor/SME for Global Teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in business, international relations, engineering, or related field
- 5-8 years of progressive experience in project/program management roles
- Advanced ability in 365 Office and Project/Process Tools skills
- AI tools skills are also preferable
- Skilled in the phases of project/program management including stakeholder and change management
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to collaborate with cross functional stakeholders
- Detail-oriented experience with strong stakeholder communications and problem-solving skills, including process improvement
- Proven ability with task prioritization and time management skills
- High level of fluency in English language skills; another spoken language is ideal, Japanese is a plus
- Governance Experience-coordination skills and background
