About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and strategically direct all aspects of Hitachi's services business across the Americas region
  • Ensure exceptional client satisfaction, operational excellence, and significant revenue growth
  • Develop and execute the strategic vision and roadmap for Global Services in the Americas
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of all services engagements, including consulting, implementation, support, and managed services
  • Drive significant revenue growth and profitability for the services organization in the Americas
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of services professionals
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product development, and other internal stakeholders
  • Identify and implement best practices for service delivery, operational efficiency, and customer experience
  • Manage strategic partnerships and alliances

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience in services delivery, consulting, or professional services
  • At least 8-10 years in a senior leadership role overseeing a large regional or global services organization
  • Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth, managing P&L, and achieving operational excellence in a complex services environment
  • Deep understanding of the technology services landscape, including emerging trends, competitive dynamics, and customer expectations
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and successful execution
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and effectively navigate complex customer environments
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the Americas region as required.
