About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and strategically direct all aspects of Hitachi's services business across the Americas region
- Ensure exceptional client satisfaction, operational excellence, and significant revenue growth
- Develop and execute the strategic vision and roadmap for Global Services in the Americas
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of all services engagements, including consulting, implementation, support, and managed services
- Drive significant revenue growth and profitability for the services organization in the Americas
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of services professionals
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Collaborate closely with sales, product development, and other internal stakeholders
- Identify and implement best practices for service delivery, operational efficiency, and customer experience
- Manage strategic partnerships and alliances
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience in services delivery, consulting, or professional services
- At least 8-10 years in a senior leadership role overseeing a large regional or global services organization
- Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth, managing P&L, and achieving operational excellence in a complex services environment
- Deep understanding of the technology services landscape, including emerging trends, competitive dynamics, and customer expectations
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and successful execution
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and effectively navigate complex customer environments
- Willingness to travel extensively across the Americas region as required.
