About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Understand customer needs and propose suitable technical solutions and services.
- Drive sales activities through face-to-face and remote engagement.
- Contribute to marketing strategies for products, services, and brands.
- Manage and monitor product or brand performance and profitability.
- Support customers with product, pricing, delivery, and issue resolution.
- Work independently on projects and commercial processes.
- Share market insights, trends, and competitive intelligence.
- Support and guide less experienced team members when needed.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Engineering degree or technical education is strongly preferred.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or technical-commercial roles.
- Strong understanding of products, solutions, and customer needs.
- Ability to combine technical knowledge with commercial thinking.
- Experience managing projects or processes with limited supervision.
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a broader team.
