About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Take full responsibility for a portfolio of customers, both new and existing, in Denmark, including marketing, budgeting and sales activities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Lead account teams through clarification meetings, negotiations, and solution proposals
- Align customer needs with internal stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions
- Promote and sell a broad portfolio of products, systems, software, and services from all five Hitachi Energy business units
- Stay informed about the energy sector and contribute to the ongoing energy transformation
- Demonstrate strong technical understanding and involve subject matter experts when needed
- Represent the company with professionalism and a customer-first mindset
Requirements
What you’ll need- technical knowledge to be successful in this position
- Experience with electrical engineering, high voltage is considered meriting
- experienced technical sales professional used to build trust with customers and understand customer needs
- Ability to balance and coordinate multiple tasks at the same time
- Fluency in both speech and writing in English and Danish is required
- see yourself as a team player, with team management and leadership skills
- experience of digital tools for reporting and documentation
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, is an advantage
