About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create clear, concise, and well‑structured documents such as procedures, manuals, work instructions, SOPs, policies, reports, training materials, and customer documentation
- Translate complex technical or operational information into easy‑to‑understand content for target audiences
- Develop document templates and standard formats to ensure consistency
- Review and edit documents for accuracy, clarity, grammar, formatting, and consistency
- Ensure documents comply with organizational, industry, and regulatory standards
- Validate technical content in coordination with subject matter experts (SMEs)
- Identify gaps or inefficiencies in documentation processes and recommend improvements
- Continuously improve documentation standards, style guides, and writing practices
- Support knowledge management and organizational learning initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Writing, Communications, Engineering, or a related field
- 5–10 years of experience in documentation, technical writing, or a similar role
- Experience in regulated environments (ISO, IEC, ITIL, Cybersecurity, quality systems) is an advantage
- Familiarity with style guides and documentation standards
- Experience creating customer‑facing or compliance‑driven documentation
