About the role
- Execute service work with complexity as per work instructions and in accordance with Hitachi Energy standard processes, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
- Perform field service tasks, identifying technical issues, and performing analysis through remote or on-site activity in service categories and products.
- Prepare material lists needed for service activity and ensure that all materials, parts, and equipment are available and of appropriate quality for service activities.
- Troubleshoot equipment/process failures, requesting proactive corrective actions, and making recommendations to avoid such issues in the future.
- Work with the customer (while on-site) to identify opportunities to improve the customer’s operations and eliminate pain points.
- Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Requirements
- Technical Education, University Degree or above and major in Engineering with subject of Electrical or Mechanical or other relevant Industrial Engineering fields.
- Less than 5 years of work experience in field service engineering or project engineering.
- Preferring Field Service Work experience.
- Solid experience of technical management of international teams incl. team motivation.
- Willing to travel (more than 50%).
- No VISA problem for overseas travel.
- Fluent in Korean and business level in English, both oral and written.
