About the role

  • Drive global program implementation by ensuring adherence to standard processes
  • Optimize the use of core systems like SAP and MES

Requirements

  • Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational roles related to business process management or program implementation in the manufacturing industry
  • Experience in MES systems and at least one of the following SAP modules: SD, MM, PP, PS, QM
  • Ability to analyze complex requirements and incidents, identify patterns, and propose effective solutions that meet business needs
  • Effective communication skills with a proven ability to engage diverse stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrated competence in influencing and motivating teams to adopt new processes.
