About the role
- Drive global program implementation by ensuring adherence to standard processes
- Optimize the use of core systems like SAP and MES
- Identify, analyze, and enhance business processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to promote operational excellence
- Create comprehensive training materials and user manuals
- Develop and deliver tailored training sessions
- Lead change initiatives by driving the adoption of globally harmonized processes
Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational roles related to business process management or program implementation in the manufacturing industry
- Experience in MES systems and at least one of the following SAP modules: SD, MM, PP, PS, QM
- Ability to analyze complex requirements and incidents, identify patterns, and propose effective solutions that meet business needs
- Effective communication skills with a proven ability to engage diverse stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated competence in influencing and motivating teams to adopt new processes.
