About the role
- You will contribute to the supplier qualification process by executing assessments through SAP Ariba and lead or support supplier audit planning and execute on-site assessments in the Emerging Market region.
- You will facilitate the implementation of improvement actions at suppliers based on audit findings and lessons learned from quality incidents.
- You will lead or support the parts approval process, ensuring critical parts and major changes meet technical and operational requirements.
- You will monitor supplier performance indicators and escalations to identify low-performing suppliers in the Emerging Market supply base.
- You will define and implement action plans to improve supplier performance, collaborating closely to ensure effective corrective actions.
- You will lead or support the non-conformity resolution process, including root-cause identification and countermeasure implementation and perform product inspections at supplier sites before shipment.
- You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Requirements
- You hold a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance and supplier development.
- Hands-on experience with manufacturing processes and auditing, including welding, painting, insulation, and similar operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proven capacity to make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Emerging Market (EM) countries.
