About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura components.
Build and maintain custom objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, and triggers.
Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
Collaborate with technical architects to design scalable and secure Salesforce solutions.
Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in existing implementations.
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and deployment activities using CI/CD tools (e.g., Git, Copado, Jenkins).
Work closely with business analysts, admins, and QA teams to deliver quality solutions.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5–7 years of Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments.
Strong expertise in: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura
Salesforce Flows and Process Builder
SOQL, SOSL queries
REST/SOAP API integrations
Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, declarative development, and customization.
Hands-on experience with DevOps tools (Git, Copado, Jenkins, Bitbucket, etc.).
Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits.
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
Salesforce Platform Developer I (mandatory), Platform Developer II (preferred), or equivalent certification.
