About the role
- Execute service work within the Services Solutions Team in Spain
- Ensuring compliance with customer contract requirements and achieving all technical, safety, quality, schedule, compliance, and financial targets
- Overseeing each stage of project development, ensuring best practices in cost control, resource efficiency, results, and health, safety, and environmental standards
- Building strong relationships and participating in technical reviews and discussions with customers, partners, subcontractors, and vendors
- Maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction by providing excellent service at all stages of the project, offering on-site or remote support for installation, commissioning, and routine maintenance of equipment
- Identifying opportunities for the development of new service applications, equipment, and methods, and supporting the implementation of service solutions business processes and ongoing projects
- Being part of the team to identify areas for continuous improvement, leading initiatives, and collaborating in the development and growth of the services team and business, with availability to travel and actively participate in service projects
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineer or similar
- Between 3 and 5 years of experience in the electrical/industrial sector, working as Project Engineer or Services Engineer
- Experience with electrical substations is desired
- Sound knowledge of and hands-on experience in servicing, maintaining, commissioning and repairing on the electrical/industrial sector
- Fluent in Spanish and English both written and spoken
- Ability to travel up to 65% of the time (mainly national trips)
