About the role
- Setting and implementing the HR roadmap for the product line in alignment with the global business unit and the North America HUB people strategy covering culture, competence, and organization
- Close partnership with the Factory HR Business Partners to align and oversee talent management, succession planning, and workforce development to meet organizational goals
- Build performance culture, KPIs, and targets to enhance business performance
- Support in identifying development activities to build and improve competence in collaboration with the talent and learning team
- Ensure a healthy and sustainable talent structure in the organization, including recruitment, identification and succession planning on business-critical roles, diversity and inclusion
- Utilize HR Analytics data to understand key organizational dynamics and to foster data-driven decision-making and action planning
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management, labor law, organizational behavior or business-related field
- Minimum 10 years of Human Resource Business Partner experience
- Experience in manufacturing environment and in leadership positions
- Masters’ degree an added advantage
- Experience in a fast-paced, global, multinational matrix environment
- Experience in Industrial relations / labor relations is a plus
- Up to 50% travel required
