About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Setting and implementing the HR roadmap for the product line in alignment with the global business unit and the North America HUB people strategy covering culture, competence, and organization
Close partnership with the Factory HR Business Partners to align and oversee talent management, succession planning, and workforce development to meet organizational goals
Build performance culture, KPIs, and targets to enhance business performance
Support in identifying development activities to build and improve competence in collaboration with the talent and learning team
Ensure a healthy and sustainable talent structure in the organization, including recruitment, identification and succession planning on business-critical roles, diversity and inclusion
Utilize HR Analytics data to understand key organizational dynamics and to foster data-driven decision-making and action planning

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in human resources management, labor law, organizational behavior or business-related field
Minimum 10 years of Human Resource Business Partner experience
Experience in manufacturing environment and in leadership positions
Masters’ degree an added advantage
Experience in a fast-paced, global, multinational matrix environment
Experience in Industrial relations / labor relations is a plus
Up to 50% travel required
