About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Setting and implementing the HR roadmap for the product line in alignment with the global business unit and the North America HUB people strategy covering culture, competence, and organization
  • Close partnership with the Factory HR Business Partners to align and oversee talent management, succession planning, and workforce development to meet organizational goals
  • Build performance culture, KPIs, and targets to enhance business performance
  • Support in identifying development activities to build and improve competence in collaboration with the talent and learning team
  • Ensure a healthy and sustainable talent structure in the organization, including recruitment, identification and succession planning on business-critical roles, diversity and inclusion
  • Utilize HR Analytics data to understand key organizational dynamics and to foster data-driven decision-making and action planning

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management, labor law, organizational behavior or business-related field
  • Minimum 10 years of Human Resource Business Partner experience
  • Experience in manufacturing environment and in leadership positions
  • Masters’ degree an added advantage
  • Experience in a fast-paced, global, multinational matrix environment
  • Experience in Industrial relations / labor relations is a plus
  • Up to 50% travel required
