About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design and evaluate systems, creating detailed assembly and part drawings
  • Prepare technical documentation including BOMs, schematics, and contract proposals
  • Lead engineering investigations and deliver actionable solutions
  • Analyze customer specifications and contribute to product innovation
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve technical challenges
  • Drive improvements in product design and performance
  • Apply advanced engineering techniques to optimize cost and quality
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electromechanical, or Mechanical Engineering
  • 5–7+ years of experience
  • Strong understanding of dielectrics, thermal behavior, electrical stress, and mechanical strength
  • Experience in electromechanical product development, especially transformer components is highly valued
  • Skilled in electrical component design, wiring schematics, and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with Pro-E or other 3D CAD modeling tools; Windchill or PLM software is a plus
  • Knowledge of industry standards, engineering principles, and best practices
