About the role

  • Lead a team of Inside Sales Representatives executing RFQ-to-Invoice activities for B2B energy solutions
  • Directly manage, coach, and develop a team, setting expectations for customer support and order management
  • Oversee day-to-day Inside Sales activities, including quotation support and order tracking
  • Ensure disciplined execution of standardized Quote-to-Order-to-Invoice processes using Salesforce (SFDC), SAP
  • Monitor workload and prioritize activities to meet commitments
  • Serve as escalation point for customer issues, ensuring timely resolution
  • Collaborate with various teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Operations, Order Management, or customer support in a complex B2B environment
  • 2+ years of people leadership or supervisory experience
  • Strong understanding of Quote-to-Order-to-Invoice processes
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and SAP
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
