About the role
- Lead a team of Inside Sales Representatives executing RFQ-to-Invoice activities for B2B energy solutions
- Directly manage, coach, and develop a team, setting expectations for customer support and order management
- Oversee day-to-day Inside Sales activities, including quotation support and order tracking
- Ensure disciplined execution of standardized Quote-to-Order-to-Invoice processes using Salesforce (SFDC), SAP
- Monitor workload and prioritize activities to meet commitments
- Serve as escalation point for customer issues, ensuring timely resolution
- Collaborate with various teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Operations, Order Management, or customer support in a complex B2B environment
- 2+ years of people leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong understanding of Quote-to-Order-to-Invoice processes
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and SAP
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
