About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

drive supplier sustainability, cyber security, risk management and data protection activities across the business unit
support strategy development and monitor requirements
collaborate with suppliers, internal teams and functional experts to build strong governance
implement performance monitoring systems and prepare dashboards and reports
lead the expansion of the Supplier Sustainability Development Program
monitor and report on supplier sustainability performance
support enforcement of supplier cyber protocols, conduct assessments and audits with the cyber team
ensure supplier compliance with data protection regulations and company policies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Environmental Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
at least 10 years of experience in supply chain management or compliance
strong knowledge of sustainability, cyber security, risk management and data protection
proficiency with relevant tools; S/4HANA knowledge is a plus
fluent in English; other languages are an advantage
