About the role
- drive supplier sustainability, cyber security, risk management and data protection activities across the business unit
- support strategy development and monitor requirements
- collaborate with suppliers, internal teams and functional experts to build strong governance
- implement performance monitoring systems and prepare dashboards and reports
- lead the expansion of the Supplier Sustainability Development Program
- monitor and report on supplier sustainability performance
- support enforcement of supplier cyber protocols, conduct assessments and audits with the cyber team
- ensure supplier compliance with data protection regulations and company policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Environmental Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
- at least 10 years of experience in supply chain management or compliance
- strong knowledge of sustainability, cyber security, risk management and data protection
- proficiency with relevant tools; S/4HANA knowledge is a plus
- fluent in English; other languages are an advantage
