About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Manage key client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to spot new opportunities
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align commercial efforts
- Prepare and present compelling proposals to clients and senior stakeholders
- Negotiate complex contracts with favorable outcomes
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
- Monitor sales performance and implement improvement actions
- Mentor junior sales professionals to build a high-performing team
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in sales and marketing in a relevant industry
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets consistently
- Experience in strategic planning, market analysis, and new business development
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
