About the role
- Develop demand generation marketing campaigns with a multi-channel approach that engages our target audience and deliver new opportunities and pipeline.
- Utilize customer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence to refine targeting and messaging strategies.
- Collaborate with Field Marketing Managers, Sales, Data Analytics and other teams to align on messaging, targeting, and measurement.
- Align with Partner sales and marketing teams to integrate partners into campaigns and identify where we can extend reach and results with campaigns through partners.
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure efficient and agile execution of programs.
- Provide regular updates to marketing and sales leadership on the status of marketing programs, how we are contributing to pipeline and helping meet our objectives.
- Continuously optimize and refine strategies and tactics to optimize results and ROI.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in B2B technology, software and/or services companies.
- Proven track record of leading successful cross-functional marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of various marketing channels and their roles in an integrated strategy.
- Experience working with partners on demand generation campaigns.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Salesforce and Marketo or marketing automation expertise.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
