About the role

  • Support requirement gathering, functional validation, and quality assurance activities on the Salesforce platform.
  • Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
  • Create user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Conduct requirement walkthroughs with technical teams.
  • Assist in solution validation and functional clarification.
  • Prepare test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
  • Perform functional, regression, and integration testing in Salesforce.
  • Validate configurations related to Objects & fields, Flows & validations, Reports & dashboards.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Basic Salesforce functional knowledge
  • Hands-on experience in testing and documentation
  • Support UAT coordination and business user communication
