About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support requirement gathering, functional validation, and quality assurance activities on the Salesforce platform.
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
- Create user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct requirement walkthroughs with technical teams.
- Assist in solution validation and functional clarification.
- Prepare test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing in Salesforce.
- Validate configurations related to Objects & fields, Flows & validations, Reports & dashboards.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong analytical skills
- Basic Salesforce functional knowledge
- Hands-on experience in testing and documentation
- Support UAT coordination and business user communication
