About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead Service Sales team and coordinate Marketing and Sales strategies.
- Collaborate closely with multiple teams for a unified service approach.
- Responsible for implementing service sales strategy in Finland.
- Develop and execute sales strategies, adopt pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
- Establish long-term customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant area or equivalent experience.
- Significant and demonstratable experience in Service Sales, including IB Management.
- Strong customer relationship skills.
- Proven understanding of Hitachi Energy systems and products.
- Experience working within the energy sector.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in Finnish and in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
