About the role

  • Prepare new high‑voltage component technologies for production
  • Serve as the connection point between R&D and Operations to ensure manufacturability

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (Master’s/PhD preferred)
  • Permanent work authorization in the United States
  • 2–5 years of product development or manufacturing experience
  • CAD proficiency; experience with Creo is a plus
  • Team‑oriented, proactive, and innovative mindset
  • Willing to travel up to 50% to Alamo, TN if not local
