About the role
- Prepare new high‑voltage component technologies for production
- Serve as the connection point between R&D and Operations to ensure manufacturability
- Develop documentation, drawings, and reference materials for product launch
- Support creation of design specifications and models aligned with standards
- Coordinate prototyping and testing for new technologies
- Share technical expertise across multiple teams and facilities
- Participate in international standardization efforts
- Stay ahead of market, technology, and industry trends
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (Master’s/PhD preferred)
- Permanent work authorization in the United States
- 2–5 years of product development or manufacturing experience
- CAD proficiency; experience with Creo is a plus
- Team‑oriented, proactive, and innovative mindset
- Willing to travel up to 50% to Alamo, TN if not local
