About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prepare new high‑voltage component technologies for production
  • Serve as the connection point between R&D and Operations to ensure manufacturability
  • Develop documentation, drawings, and reference materials for product launch
  • Support creation of design specifications and models aligned with standards
  • Coordinate prototyping and testing for new technologies
  • Share technical expertise across multiple teams and facilities
  • Participate in international standardization efforts
  • Stay ahead of market, technology, and industry trends
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (Master’s/PhD preferred)
  • Permanent work authorization in the United States
  • 2–5 years of product development or manufacturing experience
  • CAD proficiency; experience with Creo is a plus
  • Team‑oriented, proactive, and innovative mindset
  • Willing to travel up to 50% to Alamo, TN if not local
