About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Development of vehiche electrical system
- Development of electrical documentation for production (topographic diagrams, wiring tables, harness drawings etc.)
- Design of electrical subassemblies (electrical cubicle in the compartment, electrical boxes outside the car, etc.)
- Definition of electro/mechanical components and electrical components for wiring
- Preparation of system requirements specification and component technical specification
- Preparation of the electrical requirements specifications of the vehicle
- Support during the on-board integration test for electrical functions
- Design review with Clients and Suppliers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience (if any) in the railway industry with the role of Systems Electrical Engineer and/or Designer focused on Electrical systems.
- Knowledge of the main regulations relating to electrical systems in the railway business, for design and testing.
- Knowledge of the main office automation software/tools (Word, Excel, Access, etc.)
- Knowledge of mechanical design software (Autocad, Creo, etc.)
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization, with the attitude to contribute with constructive and practical ideas.
- Readiness to work effectively in a collaborative, fast paced, multitasking international environment.
- Ability to work autonomously in teams and for projects is required.
- Availability for short-term national and international business trip.
