About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project plans, timelines, schedules, task assignments, and milestones.
Establish project governance structures, communication plans, and reporting processes as needed.
Drive execution across cross-functional teams including Infrastructure, Applications, Cybersecurity, PMO, and Business stakeholders.
Track progress and adjust plans proactively to mitigate risks and resolve issues.
Deliver weekly status updates to stakeholders and executive leadership.
Coordinate procurement activities for software, licensing, IT services, and hardware.
Support updates to TOM, TSA (Transition Services Agreement) materials, and other project documentation.
Identify, log, and manage project risks, issues, and inter-project dependencies.
Lead cross-functional meetings, workshops, and working sessions.
Coach junior PMs and project coordinators as needed.

Requirements

What you’ll need

7–10+ years of IT project management experience managing large, complex technology initiatives.
Proven experience with software implementations, infrastructure projects, cloud migrations, cybersecurity initiatives, or enterprise-wide transformations.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
Expertise in vendor and contract management.
Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Azure DevOps, Jira).
