About the role
- Lead and oversee the full spectrum of financial activities at the country level.
- Ensure high-quality financial governance, compliance, reporting, and advisory support across the country organization.
- Drive financial reporting and analysis including P&L, balance sheets, cash flow forecasts, and regulatory submissions.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to management on financial matters.
- Lead key finance improvement initiatives and coach junior finance professionals.
Requirements
- Relevant academic degree: University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Solid finance experience: Several years of experience in controlling, financial reporting, and financial management within a complex or international organization.
- Strong analytical and technical skills: Proven ability to work with financial models, forecasts, and complex data, combined with deep knowledge of accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
- Effective communicator: Ability to clearly present financial insights to senior stakeholders and collaborate across functions.
- Leadership and coaching capability: Experience guiding junior finance colleagues or leading financial processes/projects.
