About the role
- Grow new and existing business by supporting a collaborative Sales organization.
- Promote Hitachi Energy solutions through webinars, seminars, and presentations.
- Provide expert technical knowledge to customers and internal teams.
- Prepare high‑quality technical and commercial proposals in coordination with key partners.
- Track and report monthly sales activities, forecasts, and customer engagements.
- Evaluate market conditions and identify new business opportunities and emerging segments.
- Participate in customer meetings and site visits to understand project needs.
- Analyze competitor activity and support strategic planning efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field; equivalent experience considered.
- 10+ years of sales or marketing experience (12–15 years preferred).
- Prior experience in the electrical sector or breaker technologies preferred.
- Strong planning, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel 30% or more based on business needs.
