About the role

  • You provide technical advice to customers and support them in the selection, application and installation of transformers.
  • You develop tailored proposals and conduct both technical and commercial contract negotiations for transformer solutions.
  • You work closely with Technical Support, Product Development and other specialist departments to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • You respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues and actively contribute to a positive customer experience.
  • You maintain and update sales databases to ensure all relevant information is complete and accurate at all times.
  • You provide the sales team with essential data, analyses and guidelines to support informed decisions and successful sales processes.
  • You will have travel activities of approximately 10–20% to attend customer appointments on site and ensure personal interaction.

Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable qualification, ideally with a focus on transformers
  • Several years of professional experience in the sales of transformers or related technical products
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, particularly in technical environments
  • Independent, goal-oriented working style with high self-motivation
  • Experience with sales-tracking tools and basic knowledge of data analysis
