About the role
- Collaborate closely with sales, proposal teams, and customers to develop compelling, high‑quality bids.
- Translate complex specifications into tailored proposals.
- Identify key commercial considerations and support pursuits aligned with regional growth strategies.
- Communicate project requirements and coordinate with tendering and proposal teams.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum two years of experience in engineering, marketing, tendering, or a related discipline.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and discuss product requirements.
- Experience managing multiple priorities within matrixed teams.
- Strong presentation, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate technical and commercial inputs for proposals.
