About the role
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies for MV/HV products.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across utilities and industrial users.
- Deliver technical presentations, Lunch & Learns, and demand‑creation activities.
- Partner with Front‑End Sales and account teams on visits, forecasting, and planning.
- Build and manage long‑term customer and channel‑partner relationships.
- Lead proposal discussions, negotiations, and contract follow‑through.
- Monitor market trends and provide competitive insights.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, or related field—or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in sales or business development within MV/HV, T&D, or utility sectors.
- Strong understanding of power systems, substations, and distribution equipment.
- Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, relationship‑building, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel 30%–50% within assigned region.
