About the role

  • Manage travel arrangements and ensure all bookings follow relevant compliance practices.
  • Assist with the creation of regional presentations by gathering information, preparing templates, and finalizing materials.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new sales team members to ensure access, equipment, and meetings are ready on day one.
  • Serve as a point of contact for regional sales teams and help navigate connections across internal partners.
  • Maintain schedules by booking meetings, resolving conflicts, and keeping Senior Leaders informed of priorities.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports by gathering documentation, following policies, and handling Concur submissions.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics, materials, and follow-up needs.
  • Support monthly reporting by compiling snapshots, key opportunities, and market updates.
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience, OR associate degree and 4 years of experience, OR 6+ years of administrative support experience
  • Must work in the Mountain Time Zone to support both West and Central Time Zones
  • Experience handling confidential information related to employees and organization strategy
  • Able to work with people across functions and levels with clear and professional communication
  • Able to manage multiple projects and support several members of the Sales Leadership team
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, including Excel (formulas and pivot tables), and comfortable using additional software tools
  • Motivated, organized, and able to prioritize responsibilities with a steady sense of urgency.
