About the role
- Develop and maintain testing strategies for our Digital Offerings
- Create test plans and design effective test cases with a strong focus on automation
- Build and maintain test automation frameworks and test cases
- Ensure comprehensive test coverage by working closely with software developers and data scientists
- Execute test cases, manage defects, and communicate testing status
- Share your knowledge and promote QA best practices within the team
Requirements
- Advanced Python skills with a strong focus on automation and testing frameworks (3+ years)
- Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices across the full testing lifecycle
- Hands-on experience with integration, functional, system, and regression testing
- Skilled in Docker and containerized environments
- Experience in testing REST APIs
- Performance testing skills and experience with related tools are a strong advantage
- Basic understanding of message queues and event streaming (Rabbit MQ, Kafka) is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
