About the role
- Support the sales organization to increase new and existing business.
- Promote Hitachi Energy products through webinars, seminars, and presentations.
- Influence customer specifications and provide expert product knowledge.
- Collaborate on sales plans with FES, REPS, and account teams.
- Analyze customer needs and competitor offerings to identify opportunities.
- Prepare offers with technical and financial accuracy in coordination with bid teams.
- Communicate value propositions and competitive insights to stakeholders.
- Report monthly sales activities and propose recovery plans when needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales or business development.
- Strong understanding of market analysis and competitor benchmarking.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage bids, proposals, and administrative sales processes.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications.
