About the role
- Lead and coordinate project teams to achieve successful delivery.
- Support project planning and define technical requirements.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Provide regular status updates and ensure smooth project development.
- Oversee technical documentation and testing phases (FAT, SAT, installation).
- Mentor and train future Technical Leads for organizational growth.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across projects.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or Computer Science/IT
- 5+ years of experience with SCADA/EMS/DMS systems
- Strong knowledge of electric power system control and monitoring
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder requirements and expectations
- Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and presentation
- Familiarity with project management best practices and tools
