About the role
- Assist in providing counseling on legal issues
- Conduct legal research
- Support counseling and preparation of governance material
- Participate in the development and implementation of legal strategies
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and directives
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies, regulations and directives
- Participate in projects within the function and businesses

Requirements
- Recent law graduate
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Bar admission (or equivalent) is preferred but not mandatory
- Demonstrated ability to be agile and keen to learn
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of integrity and ethical standards
- Strong interest in technology and process improvement
