About the role
- Write and edit marketing documentation for technical products, systems, processes, equipment operations, and maintenance.
- Conduct research, interviews and liaise with technical staff to ensure accurate interpretation of complex technical data, drawings, and specifications.
- Identify and document USPs and marketable products and solution highlights.
- Ensure appropriate technical content and terminology review occurs and incorporate updates and revisions as needed.
- Edit content to improve clarity, impact, flow, meaning, and readability.
- Create collaterals for Sales Enablement, including brochures, case studies, cheat sheets, product and solution one-pagers and sales presentations.
- Work closely with Product Management, Sales & Marketing, Technical Marketing, Corporate Branding, and the Sales Enablement Coordinator.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree technical writing, English or business or educational/experience equivalent.
- Advanced knowledge of technical writing and editing, typically obtained through work experience.
- Excellent writing and verbal skills to enable unambiguous and trustful communication with your peers and stakeholders.
- Track record of creating impactful sales and marketing content for complex technical products and applications.
- Good understanding or willing to learn the fundamentals of Power Systems and Communication technologies.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations in English.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals that are technically and grammatically accurate and conform to the company’s writing style guidelines.
- Ability to manage projects and processes independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle difficult and complex issues.
