About the role
- Design and develop presentations, e-learning modules, videos, and supporting materials.
- Create storyboards, scripts, and interactive activities aligned with learning objectives.
- Write clear, concise content that simplifies complex concepts.
- Integrate visuals, animations, and interactive elements to boost engagement.
- Ensure accessibility standards and user-friendly digital experiences.
- Review and edit materials for accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
- Refine training materials based on SME and learner feedback.
- Explore new tools and trends to continually enhance learning impact.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in instructional design or training content development.
- Proficiency with e-learning tools (Articulate 360, Captivate, iSpring, EasyGenerator).
- Advanced PowerPoint design and visual storytelling skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Skilled communicator and collaborative partner.
- Preferred: Video editing/graphic design skills (Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite), LMS experience, SCORM/xAPI, and accessibility knowledge.
